Wiise is clever business software that gives you a complete picture of your business so you can make decisions with certainty.

Created by KPMG, built on Microsoft and supported by CommBank, Wiise can show you how finance impacts forecasting, or inventory affects invoicing, giving you a clearer picture of what’s happening at every level of your business.
Are you running multiple disconnected systems? Would you like to see your whole business in one place? Wiise is for you. Integrated clever business software, Wiise handles the complexity of running a business.
Wiise offers one system with advanced features to simplify your business management. Your people will appreciate a single interface that is familiar for Microsoft 365 users who use Word and Excel often. Get clarity over your business with a solution that is tailored to your business needs.
Digital transformation is happening now. Wiise ensures you are not left behind. You can start quickly, grow at your own pace and adapt to change in real time.

Wiise’s flexible financial and management accounting platform means it’s easy to expand to suit your pace and budget.
With our quick start tool, you can be ready to go with Wiise base accounting in a day. And with a familiar Microsoft Dynamics 365 look and feel, it’s easy to find your way around. You can also check out our online videos to help you get set up.

Need more than web training or need extra help with setup services? Wiise partner advisors are available to assist with fixed scope and time packages.
Although Wiise is a complete solution, we recognise there are sometimes situations where extra development is desired to accommodate a customer’s business need. In these cases where extra development is required to create additional functionality, we only recommend those with strong experience in Microsoft Business Central to create and integrate custom offerings with Wiise. This is because Wiise does not deliver training or support access regarding development and integration to Wiise APIs and extensions.

For help pages documentation regarding APIs and extensions you can access detail here.

Note: You can also access Microsoft resources available from Microsoft Business Central. Wiise uses the same APIs as Business Central.
With a cost effective monthly subscription, Wiise helps you see your business clearly so you can focus on what counts.

You can find our pricing packages on our pricing page. Simply pay your joining fee to get started, and your subscription will be debited each month – monthly subscriptions are billed per user per month.

And as your business grows or changes, you can extend your Wiise solution to meet your needs, unlocking extra services as you need them.
Most businesses can use Wiise Lite. It’s designed to handle the complexity of your business, including sales and purchases, base inventory management, basic CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and reporting with two levels of tagging. Have more than one business? Lite lets you track more than one entity.
Extend your clever business system with Wiise Business to manage inventory like never before. Keep an eye on the cost of your projects and warehouse storage. You can also see the complete picture of your business with unlimited tags for reporting and the ability to transact between your companies.
Finally, reach your full potential with Wiise Premium, which gives you the ability to do more from tracking after-sale services and extended manufacturing capabilities.
The choice is yours and it’s based on your needs. If you don’t feel you need all the functionality in one edition, simply move down your subscription.
Wiise is built on top of Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft Azure services. Microsoft Azure is an industry-standard cloud platform, which is supported by significant R&D expenditure. Upgrades are automatic and Wiise handles the most common processes from day one.
Wiise uses cloud services in Microsoft’s Australia-based Azure data centres. These fast and secure servers are located in Sydney and Melbourne and allow for geo redundancies and federally-compliant database-level disaster recovery.
Your accountant or bookkeeper will find that they can simply carry on doing their job with Wiise. Wiise will help them see your business clearly by bringing all your systems and data into one place. They will value the security and localisation of data presented in a collated and consistent manner. Data is centralised to enable real-time accurate view of financials, sales, purchases, services, inventory and operations. No more double entry jobs that cost valuable time and productivity for your team.
