Created by KPMG and built on Microsoft, Wiise announced a new partnership with expensemanager, one of Australia’s leading cloud expense and invoice management software providers.
expensemanager and Wiise have joined forces to help streamline accounts payable processes, supplier payments, invoices and expenses to support small to medium-sized businesses in Australia.

Employees will usually manage their expenses manually, meaning countless hours are spent inputting costs directly into their finance system.

The two teams have been working hand-in-hand to build an integration between expensemanager and Wiise ERP. Integrating an ERP software with an expense management tool means Accounts Payable teams avoid double handling of data, staff can capture their expenses on the go, and all spending can be mapped back into the finance system automatically.

The online platform takes in all credit card data, automatically creating expense reports whilst users have access to leading OCR technology through their mobile app to easily snapshot receipts on the go, seamlessly creating cash claims and approve claims. Customers can request expensemanager to build custom integration into Wiise ERP so that all of these items map back into the general ledger - raising purchase invoices and providing a link back from their journal entries into expensemanager.
