Your ERP Implementation Go-live Checklist
Getting ready to go live?
An ERP system implementation is a major project. As completion gets close, it can be tempting to rush one of the most crucial project stages: go-live.
A rushed or poorly planned go-live can lead to a series of post-launch headaches that can jeopardise your entire ERP implementation – don’t take that risk.
Use this free ERP system implementation go-live checklist to help with your final checks and share with your implementation partner before your new ERP system launches.
Preparing to launch your ERP
This go-live checklist helps capture any last-minute considerations that could lead to problems post-launch, including:
- Staff training: Ensure staff can easily perform all standard day-to-day tasks in the new system, to get up and running as soon as possible.
- Data: Check that key data sets have been successfully transferred to the new system – from inventory to customer ledgers.
- Support: Confirm that users can (and know how to) report issues and that you will have adequate internal and partner support during the first days and weeks post-launch.
