Service disruptions
Employment Hero payroll platform performance is improving. You may use the platform but may experience errors and timeouts while doing so.
Businesses connected to Employment Hero HR will be unable to push data from the HR platform to the payroll platform, including:
- Timesheets
- Clocking in and out
- Leave submissions
- Payslips
- Swag mobile app
We are monitoring the restoration of services and provide updates as this issue is remediated.

- Wiise Platform Services (Production)
- Wiise Platform Services (Sandboxes)
- Microsoft Authentication Services
- Microsoft Business Central API
- Shopify API
- Square API
