Do I need a Stripe account to accept payments online?
Yes, if you want to offer customers the ability to pay online by clicking a link on their invoice, you will need to set up a new Stripe account and then connect it to Wiise.
What if I already have a Stripe account?

Even if you already have a Stripe account, you will need a new Stripe Connected account in order to connect it to Wiise. If you already have a Stripe account, you can use your existing login credentials to login and create an new one.

How do I set up a Stripe account?

When will I receive payout once my customer has paid an invoice using Stripe?
The default payout is daily, however you can configure this in your Stripe account. For more information please see the Stripe docs here. Note that Stripe also offers instant payout in some countries (including Australia). However, there are some eligibility requirements.
What are the fees and charges I would incur using Stripe?

Stripe fees are transparent and based on a per transaction basis. There are no hidden fees with Stripe. You can find more information here.
